Not only are his developed websites exactly like the design, he figures out the best way to add any functionality I want and make it easy for end users in administration. Interactive calendars, maps, links, etc...a master at finding and manipulating plugins.

Another highly developed skill is responsive website development. He has taken over very poorly developed "responsive" themes and now they render well in any screen or device.

Very nice follow up regarding detail and response time also.
